Maryam Books is an online bookstore providing authentic educational, Islamic, and children’s learning books across Pakistan. By using our website, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines stated on this page.

2. Product Information

2.1 Authenticity

All books listed on our store are 100% genuine and sourced from publishers or authorized distributors.

2.2 Images & Descriptions

Product images are for reference. Cover design, page count, and edition may vary depending on the publisher.

2.3 Editions & Updates

Publishers frequently update book editions. In case a newer edition is available, we may ship the latest version.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
Prices may change anytime without prior notice.

3.2 Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

3.3 Payment Confirmation

For pre-paid orders, customers must share proof of payment.
Your order will only be processed after the payment is confirmed.

4. Order Process

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

4.2 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4.3 Stock Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund (if prepaid).

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your city (see “Shipping Policy” page for details).

5.2 Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5.3 Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect books.
Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Books with writing

  • Books damaged after delivery

  • Wrong orders placed by the customer

  • Change of mind

6.3 Procedure

Customers must send clear photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp to verify the problem.

7. Accuracy of Information

We try our best to keep all details accurate, including:

  • Book titles

  • Classes / Boards

  • Publishers

  • Editions

  • Prices

However, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maryam Books is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Publisher-side printing errors

  • Customer is providing incorrect information

  • Third-party service failures

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Logo
    is the property of Maryam Books.
    Unauthorized use is prohibited.
