At Maryam Books, we aim to deliver your books safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad

  • Rawalpindi

  • Peshawar

  • Quetta

  • Multan

  • Faisalabad

  • And all other cities, towns & villages

Wherever you live, your books will reach you.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

✔ Karachi: 1–2 working days

✔ Lahore / Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days

✔ Other Cities: 3–5 working days

✔ Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

📌 Note:
Delivery times may vary during holidays, exams season, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Our delivery charges are affordable and transparent:

  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 150 – Rs. 250 (depending on weight & city)

  • Bulk Orders / School Orders: Shipping cost may vary based on volume

You will be shown the exact delivery fee at checkout.

4. Courier Partners

We deliver through trusted courier services:

  • Swyft

Each courier offers reliable, safe, and timely shipping across Pakistan.

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Prepaid orders may require verification before dispatch.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we send you:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can track your order anytime.

If you need help tracking, simply message us on WhatsApp.

7. Wrong / Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incomplete address

  • Missing street numbers, house numbers, or instructions

  • Courier unable to contact the customer

If a parcel is returned because of wrong details, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delivery Attempts

Couriers make 2–3 attempts to deliver your parcel.
If you miss all attempts, the parcel may return to us.
We can re-ship it after reconfirmation.

9. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If your parcel looks damaged:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Do NOT open the parcel

  • Contact us on WhatsApp
    We will help you with a replacement.

10. Shipping for Bulk / School Orders

For schools, academies, and bulk buyers:

  • Special packing

  • Discounted shipping

  • Priority dispatch

11. International Shipping

Currently, Maryam Books does not offer international shipping.
Pakistan-only delivery.
